reserved especially for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice
is kindly requested.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your service could be shortened to allow our specialist to be on time for their next appointment.
For Gift Packages, please arrive 30 minutes prior
to your appointment.
While our Spa and Salon client care personnel can help you book a time for your service, our professional hair designers and spa therapists will guide you in selecting the ideal services and treatments to best suit your specific needs.
For group and package or multi-service reservations, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. When reservations are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee may be charged.
Most body treatments and massage services are enjoyed without clothing or with just underwear or sometimes with a bikini or with a bathing suit. However, please wear whatever makes you comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, a robe and slippers are provided.
Your privacy is important to us. While you disrobe, your therapist will leave the room and will knock on the door before reentering.
First time massage services always include a client consultation to assess any special needs and to facilitate your comfort.
We require guardian consent to perform services on anyone under the age of 16. The guardian is also requested to be present during the massage of anyone 14 years or younger.
We want each and every client to have a beautiful experience. For your comfort and for the comfort of other guests, please turn off your cell phones while you are in the spa or salon.
We welcome young adults, however, for their safety, all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We accept cash as well as checks or credit card with proper I.D. We honor American Express, Master Card and Visa.
Our reward is your personal recommendation of About Faces Day Spa & Salon to a friend. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion. Gift Packages do not include gratuities.
If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please bring it back to us with a receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a gift certificate for the purchase amount.
